Exchange Policy

 

 * Items are eligible for exchange within 3 days after delivery of your order. An exchange  will be made for the same item if it is available.  You will be allowed to exchange items a maximum of 3 times.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!


* Items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them.  All merchandise will be thoroughly examined before shipping.  All  items must have the original BEAUXNBELLES hangtags attached.  Sale items cannot be returned as they are FINAL SALES. 


* We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that we may see as unfit or unable to resale. 


* Customers are responsible for all shipping fees( to & from) for returned items.  Shipping fees on returned items are non-refundable.  


* All returns will be processed within 5 business days.  


* Please make sure your order number and item you are exchanging are packaged to the above address with the reason why you are exchanging the item.  


* If your shipping and billing address do not match, you will be emailed requesting a copy of your I.D. as well as the card you used to make the purchase.  This information is secured and will not be shared.  It is solely to protect us from any form of fraudulent activity.  


* To exchange items, send us an email to inform us that the item did not work for you.  Mail the item to the address listed below.  Exchanges can be made within 7 days from your delivery date. We will not accept any exchanges after 7 days of your delivery date.  Once again, customers are responsible for ALL shipping fees on returned items.
